last work, made by order

This is a bedcover I made for a customer from Tasmania, that bought me several items on my Etsy shop. The bedcover and the two tiny cushions are double faced and the set is for a bed I make (not the one in the pictures),  maybe some of you remember the bed with the inlaid flowers,  which photo is in the top (left side) of my blog. The fabrics are from from my "blogshop", and are from the Civil War Tribute Collection,  a collection of lovely American fabrics which patterns are reprodutions  of  1800's real fabrics.

no news...old things!!!!!

Since I have nothing new to show, I decided to post some pictures about things I made when I begun with miniatures, about 6/7 years ago. At that time I couldn´t make my own furniture, so I bought some non-painting inexpensive furniture which I decorated. This set was to offer to a little girl in her 6th aniversary, and I did everything you see. The rug was made in a small real loom, the pillows were hand-made and embroided with a  heart and a butterfly , the pink bed-sprad was made in tricot. I put everything in a beautiful box with a very beautiful bow....well can you imagine the face of the little girl when she received and open it...

Toile de Jouy, last chance! just one piece left

From this beautiful fabric I just have only one piece, this is a very hard to find Toile de Jouy in a very tiny pattern, it is real at 12th scale....I have been looking for more like this, in other colours and patterns but all I have found are just too big.
All my fabrics are real fabrics, not computer printed fabrics!!!!!!

Christmas time......fabrics arriving soon!!!!

I know, I know, summer isn´t already finished, but if you want to making something for Christmas, it is time to begin collecting the supplies and of course some fabrics. So, in the next weeks I will receive some beautiful fabrics with tiny prints, with Christmas designs,  and some are so cute aren´t they! (the paper white square is 1 X1 inch).
